- Defining the Street Presence & Front Entry Improvements as a “unique” location welcoming all into ShepHills including landscaping and paving that also includes “being sent out” as one leaves ShepHills
- Sanctuary Upgrade to include audio and visual systems with lighting and sound improvements. Opening up and redefining the Sanctuary presence into the Narthex as an invitation to Worship God
- Storage facilities in the Butterfly Christian Preschool (Fellowship Hall) for improved use and presence
- Replacement and relocation of the Elevator to serve ShepHill’s congregation effectively
- Relocate and improve the playground to open up and improve the courtyard for a beautiful landscaped outdoor “sanctuary” in support of gatherings, special events such as weddings, concerts, worship, etc.
- Create a deck area on the front of the Butterfly Christian Preschool next to the playground for families to gather and foster fellowship while children play in the safe presence of the new playground right next to the deck
- Create a dynamic Family Ministry Center upstairs by re-purposing the Upper room into two separate class room size areas, open up the hall for fellowship and gathering, improve the crossroads room, finish out storage room with glass walls for family and improved use activities
- Improve the gym into a fully functional activity center with outside glass windows and doors looking into a newly constructed back terrace that provides accessible entry into ShepHills supporting new activities inside and outside the walls of ShepHills
- Campus wide improvements that address deferred maintenance items along with improvement areas that all can help with no matter what size one can participate with This Matters!
- Outreach with a two phase mission – One local mission center and one global mission center
