This evening, the City of West Lake Hills Zoning and Planning Commission moved our agenda item to consent approval agenda and approved the recommendation for permit issuance for the front landscape portion of our project.

Now, we will have a city council meeting next Wednesday, March 28,  with the sincere expectation that they will do the same (move it to consent agenda and recommend permit issuance)!
