As of February 21, 2018, we have 132 commitments of $3.238+ million and collected $1.454+ million.  The continued success of early collections will delay the need for financing and save financing costs.

Speaking of financing, we have received the commitment letter from the lender and executed it.  Underwriting documentation has been submitted and the final loan documentation preparation started.
