Last night, the City of Westlake Hills Zoning and Planning Commission voted to submit its recommendation to the city council for issuing the building permit to Shephills. Presenting the application for Shephills were Pr. Tom & Bill Dawson along with Heimsath Architects.
Next week on January 24, 2017, we expect to be on the city council agenda for approval of the building permit. Once the permit approval happens, we will work with the city staff to get the actual permit issued and once issued –
