In this holy season of the Best News we received a strong affirmative vote from the Board of Adjustments/City Council of West Lake Hills to move forward with our permitting process. The two Variances we asked for were fully endorsed which allows us to make plans to break ground in the later part of January. We will be going back to the Zoning and Planning Commission and Council in January to address a few other Variance requests but last night’s decision was a big hurdle to get over. A special thanks to our Building Task Force for all of their work in getting us to this place. Continued prayers are welcome.
