We continue to collect for the This Matters! campaign raising so far $1,026 million from $3,225M+ committed.  Thank you for your continued support!

A few things are ongoing –

1.  We are preparing the revised variance application for our December 13, 2017 board of adjustment hearing;
2. We are finalizing with the general contractor the construction costs and some material changes suggested by engineering and subcontractors;
3. Assuming a favorable ruling on December 13, we will quickly start the permitting process;
4. This month, we should finalize the contract with the general contractor and order long lead items (i.e. “The Elevator”!)

In the meantime – “stay tuned”  – Some changes in the office area are forthcoming!
