We have filed with the City of West Lake Hills our variance application with a public zoning and planning commission hearing on October 18 followed by the Board of Assessments (city council) on November 8, 2017. These two hearings with affirmative results will allow us to permit and begin construction in early 2018.
We are finalizing the cost of the work estimates and construction drawings are nearing completion. Our general contractor is securing subcontractor visits for final bidding prior to construction.
Some questions have been raised regarding the impact of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma and it appears this will have minimal impact given the state of our project entering the construction phase.
